Before using the curling iron/hair straightener (or after softening the hair) first apply the heat protection cream onto the hair (it's better to apply more cream to damaged hair). For daily service: After shampoo, apply suitable amount of heat protection cream to the hair evenly. Then get the hair steamed for 10-15 minutes by Hair Steamer or cover hair with plastic cap or towel for 10-15 minutes.
